Shared work and evidence

Opening a saved result reads existing work. Fresh scans and workflows require an explicit action. Tools that write or spend expose approval requirements. New scans and workflows must use the existing durable harness and consider the connected sources relevant to the user’s goal. Migration coverage varies by workflow; the repository’s harness architecture guide records the requirement and current implementation limits.
